The owner is a complete scumbag when it comes to his marketing. I clearly have signs on my door saying I do not want any junk mail and this company continues to deliver me flyers every month and ignores the signs on my door clearly saying«no junk mail» This company is absolutely horrible and are nothing more than a bunch of scumbags. Do not visit this location! There has also been 2 complaints with the BBB about this store and the owner refused to answer!

I dunno guys, I’m really surprised by the high rating for Road Runner Pizza. Sure, in a drunken stupor we’ve all found ourselves mad scarfin a piece of road runner ‘za, but honestly, it’s a moment of convenience not choice. I find the pizza from Road Runner to be questionable at best. The meat on the pizza is more on side the lunch meat. The diameter of the pepperoni is alarming. It’s too big! This ain’t a sandwich people! I also don’t find the pizza to be baked long enough. I like a pizza with cheese significantly melted and each time I’ve ordered pizza from RR, I feel like I gotta bake it for longer at home because otherwise it’s too globby. Maybe I’m asking too much, but I’m not welcoming any half baked lunch meat ‘za into my gullet unless I’m at least 5 pints in! My kingdom for a decent local pizza that can be delivered! If you know of one, holla at ya girl!

Roadrunner pizza is fantastic. We’ve been ordering from them for years and have never had an issue. The wait time for delivery is the standard 45 minutes, prices are amazing, and food is delicious. If you’re looking for homemade pizza, look no further. We generally order an XL2 topper and it comes to around $ 25 including delivery. Cant ask for a better price! The donairs are also delicious. Side note: Do not get the chicken wings, we ordered hot wings and they were day glow orange, looked like the chickens were raised in a nuclear power plant or something. Thats the reason for one less star.

Somehow found their way into my apartment building and left unsolicited flyers on every door. Archaic and unwanted.

It’s not good pizza and the lasagna is quite bad. But guess what? At 1:00am, it’s the best freakin food you’ve ever had. The stay open until 3:00am on the weekends. They will deliver to your home, but not to your bar.(We have to walk over and pick it up then make sure the bar allows you to bring in food.) They have counter seating for a few. You can sit and read the paper while you wait for your order. If you prefer to wait at the bar, they will phone you when your pick up order is ready. I should probably order some different things from the menu before I assume all of their food is «meh».

Jumbo donair w cheese w extra sauce, baby. My friend likes it with x2 sauce and side onion rings put into it. I always get delivery so can’t comment on dining in. English on phone no problem. Perfect grease amount for a night of drinking or the next morning. The sauce they put into the donair is Amazing. Ask for extra sauce on sure. Pour half on and dip the donair into left over sauce

I’ve been a huge fan of Roadrunner Pizza since my very first order back in January. Having a serious craving for good pizza I looked to my local Unilocalers for some advice! After browsing through reviews I finally decided to give RR a try. Noticing their many great specials and combos I decided to go with their meat lovers pizza but adding green pepper(gotta add some veggies to avoid feeling guilty). It was a bit later on a weekend so delivery took a little longer than I would have hoped, but they make up for it with their handmade crust and cheese!!! I don’t think I have ever had so much cheese without asking for extra! The pie was cooked to perfection, crispy on the bottom and bubbly on the top with the brown bubbles that I look for in a great pie. The service here is what really impresses me. It’s always thorough, friendly, the drivers come with proper change and they’re always friendly to my little loving dog. Other great delights from RR are their onion rings! Always got and crispy when delivered right to your door!

I have been ordering from Roadrunner for about a decade… and have never been disappointed. I don’t order from there too often anymore, but when I do, I’m always very happy. Ordering delivery is a bit of a pain because the wait is usually 60 — 90 minutes, but somehow your food is hot when it gets to you! This weekend after the Ice on Whyte festival, I had a real craving for some roadrunner. So for the very first time, we decided to stop in and order take out, rather than delivery. When you walk in, you can definitely tell that delivery and take out is their bread and butter. There are a couple of stools up against a counter that you can sit at and eat if you want, but there’s really nothing to look at while you’re there. So… I mentioned that I’ve been ordering from here for about a decade. And usually it’s during some pretty serious drinking nights and you don’t really focus on the quality. So this experience was completely new for me. Did you know that their spring rolls are handmade? They’re definitely the best in the city, but I didn’t realize that they were handmade. Also, their pizza dough is made in house too! Highly impressed. If I hadn’t gone into the actual location on Saturday and just based my review on all the delivery orders over the year, this would have been a 4 star review. Food was always excellent, staff were friendly over the phone, as well as at the door and the orders were always accurate. What bumped them up to 5 stars was the pride they take in providing fresh ingredients.

I order from Roadrunner usually about once a month and I’ll tell you why! They make an excellent pizza that is very affordable for starters. Tasty with a good amount of toppings to crust ratio and lots of cheese without ordering extra cheese even, which I usually do anyways. They make a decent donair but definitely not the best or the worst I’ve ever had. The star attraction though and why I continue to order from them on an almost monthly basis is the roadrunner hot sub. I get mine without green peppers and with extra cheese. Basically it’s what one of the best half loaves I’ve ever had. Ham, pepperoni, salami, onions, loads of melted gooey mozzarella even without ordering extra cheese on an Italian loaf. It is the tastiest meal I can find for around $ 8 in a delivery order although they do have a $ 14 minimum for delivery I believe. I usually get a medium pizza with it for keeping or even to have half and half as a great weekend hangover meal. The staff does seen to come across as rude at times but I can live with that if they keep bringing me those ultra tasty hot subs.

The place is a hole-in-the-wall. If you are squeemish about seeing a dirty kitchen, phone in your order from home. Good donairs, good pizza and great spring rolls, made in house and full of tasty pork. I have had Roadrunner several times over the last decade or so, and while it hasnt ever been the best take out, I’ve never had a bad experience.

The daughter who works at this location of Roadrunner Pizza & Donair is nice. The father, bizarre hair and all, needs to work on basic customer service. I know that English is his second language and it is always a challenge to work in a second language unless you are really fluent in it, but a smile and some politesse go a long way. Beyond that, this place is untidy and unwelcoming, and the food is only acceptable. I am unlikely to return.

I want to make it clear that I didn’t actually eat at RoadRunner, I did have a bad experience with them though. I called RoadRunner to order a pizza for pickup. We asked what their specials were and then ended the phone call so we could decide what we wanted(so that the guy working didn’t have to wait and hear us bicker about pizza toppings for ten minutes). When I called back, I placed my order but the man working was extremely rude to me. I hung up the phone in shock but called back two minutes later to cancel my order because I was so offended by the rudeness of the previous call. When I called back to cancel, he was even ruder to me. Again, my only experience with RoadRunner has been over the phone but I can tell you that because of that encounter, I will never be calling(or going to) RoadRunner Pizza & Donair ever again.

My days of ordering from Roadrunner — and eating donairs in general — are long past, but this spot on the far end of Whyte Ave will forever stand out in my mind as the golden, unbeatable delivery donair that arrived at the front door of the house I shared with my brother almost every weekend in the middle of the night. These are one-pounders, with tomatoes and onions and beautifully melted cheese, with perfectly cooked donair meat(none of that gross outer crust) and come with the donair sauce in a pretty big container on the side so you can dip to your heart’s content. Roadrunner’s menu is extensive, with pizzas, pastas, salads, and much more but we always stuck to this staple, which satisfied every time.
