This place is GREAT! they have a wide selection of group classes to choose from, of which I tried 4… I think? but I fell in love with the boxing class they offer! They have a awesome space to work out in and great staff! I personally haven’t had a personal trainer form here but some of the girls I talked to had nothing but good things to say about their trainers!

I’ve been going to Redefing Eve for over two years now for personal training and it truly has changed my life. My friend dragged me there a couple of years ago and I just never stopped going. I go three times a week so it does get fairly expensive but it’s definitely worth every penny! I can’t believe how much my body has changed. I used to be pretty shapeless, but now I finally have curves! I get compliments all the time on how toned I am and I feel better about myself too. My mom even asked if I had work done on my butt! I have taken a couple of classes at the studio as well which I also enjoyed. The class sizes are very small and are more cost effective if you cannot afford the one-on-one training sessions.

I was really disappointed. The studio itself if nice but tI paid a lot for a personal trainer who dint’ really know what she was gong. For the fitness test she tried to tell me I had to go up and down a step to get my cardio assessment, even though I told her I can’d to steps because of arthritis. she didn’t seem to know what to do. Its way overpriced, considering that the trainer didn’t know what she was doing.

I am definitely a fan of the personal training and pilates classes offered here. I would have given it 5 stars except that the parking is difficult. I have been in 3 car accidents and it was only the fitness training here that resolved my neck and back pain when physio, chiro and accupuncture all failed to do so. After only 2 months of training twice per week my pain issues had resolved. I chose to continue personal training after that and now have increased energy and a toned figure. I have taken personal fitness training at other studios but did not have any success until going to Redefining Eve. It works!
