This is by far the absolute worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They consistently get my order wrong (I get coffee a couple days a week) and don’t tighten the lids properly causing some burns from the very hot (delicious coffee) that Mcdonalds has.
They also have the worst customer service. I have never received a smile or a have a nice day. The diner area of this fast food place is dirty and smells bad. I will never go back. They should be shut down.

There are some exceptional staff members here, but there are some pretty terrible ones as well. So it goes in the land of full employment, I guess.
I have two gripes:
(1) the dining room is often unacceptably filthy; and
(2) McDonald’s keeps reducing portion sizes and quality in ways that they don’t think patrons will notice or about which they think patrons will be unlikely to care.
The staff here need to keep the dining space clean and McDonald’s needs to stop fiddling around with its food in undesirable ways.
