I would never recommend this location to anyone. The service is slow and poor. Half the time you can never order what you want because they are out or the product. They allow people to step in front of the line to buy coffee. The restraint itself is a dive

It’s a McDonald’s, so I’m not going to bother reviewing the food — it’s always at around the same level of quality every where I go. This location is super nice in terms of its appearance. It’s got a patio outside, a little fireplace inside, and the colour scheme makes it feel vaguely cabin-like, which I absolutely love. There’s even a decent sized playground for the kids to hang out in. There’s tons of seating, however it’s always messy in there when I go. At least 1⁄3 of the empty seating are dirty. It’s always well staffed in there, so I don’t get why someone isn’t sent out to clean the tables every now and then. Speaking of staff, they are very friendly. They are also very slow. Every time I go, I end up having to wait forever for my food. I’ve also had a couple of mix ups happen in the drive thru, so check your food before you leave!(You’d think I would have made a habit of doing this, but lets be honest: ain’t nobody got time for that)

Came to this McDonald’s today for the first time for some post Dora the Explorer concert Happy Meals for the kiddos and our friends. The restaurant was clean and had been renovated fairly recently with a double sided fireplace that is viewable from the outside patio. The playplace was decent but our toddler children said they prefer the McDonald’s that have longer(bigger) slides and more play options. The staff member at the til, Kory(a teenager), was polite and patient with us and our overly hungry and hyper toddlers in tote. He was also visible throughout our stay cleaning up the restaurant and holding doors for people — not everyday that a teenager sticks out as super friendly and helpful. Kudos to Kory! The food was okay — not somewhere I would dine on my own but the toddlers were happy. I did find it odd that their tv screen menu board had the prices wrong for pumpkin spiced lattes and when we ordered one up on leaving I had to request a manager in order to receive the advertised price. Of our 4 food orders — 2 adults and 2 children, 2 orders had wrong items in them so that was a bit disappointing. If we had gone through the drive thru that would have royally sucked to be given the wrong things but not so bad when you are in the restaurant and can get it all sorted out. Thanks for providing a post Dora extravaganza play place for our children to have a quick bite and an area to burn off some energy! As far as dining goes — meh. The Signature Sweet Chili chicken wrap was sub par and the pumpkin spiced latte tasted more like nutmeg than anything else. 1.5 thumbs up from the kiddos so overall a 3 star experience.

If you’re looking for a McDonalds where the restaurant portion is open late, this one is open 24 hours. Though this location is loaded with flies and lots of them I might add, the service is adequate with some employees on the slow side. You can do better at other McDonalds locations as far as service goes but acceptable. The store is clean enough and you can cozy around the centrally located fireplace while you take advantage of the free WiFi and catch on some unfinished work on the laptop/tablet

How did I become the Duchess of a McDonalds?! This is almost embarrassing… The three stars I gave in this review is in comparison to other McDonalds locations and does indicate that I think this is somehow a «exceptional» restaurant in any way. Every time I have been here, they do exactly what you expect from McDonalds: fast and friendly service, clean tables, mediocre food and long lines at noon hour. Vegetarian options are limited as at any McDonalds and since their salads are premade, even those can’t be made without the meat. Biggest issue? No matter who helps me, they rarely seem to understand what I want when I ask for mayo for my fries. It’s not THAT weird a request.

The food, when you get what you ask for, is fine. BUT I was advised by management/supervisors that if you choose to eat at fast food places, you take the chance that the order might be wrong. They have said this more than once. Don’t call when you have a mix up on your order, They assume you want something free, and don’t take the hint to train their staff. They will not actually listen anyway, they will tell you to bring it back. No matter how long of a drive that is from your home… with no compensation. Do check your order before you leave to make sure you have got everything and check your food. I order 2 spicy buffalo crispy chicken wraps, and only ever get one. Sometimes I get ranch, sometimes grilled, sometimes there simply is no second wrap at all. According to every supervisor/manager I have spoken to so far checking your order is YOURRESPONSIBILITY. Not theirs. Please think twice. Go to a different location or just another restaurant.
