I guess I am not the only one to have noticed the complete lack of customer service available at this A & W location. I am not one to review chain type stores often; unless I have a very good or very bad experience(or series of experiences) at a particular location. This is the case here: in a bad way! As this location is on my way home from pretty much everywhere, I have stopped in on occasion. Each time, I have received less than satisfactory service — I am pretty confident that customers an annoyance to the staff here. I am always greeted with this«fine, I guess I’ll help you» attitude, and have experienced a few occasions where the staff are arguing with customers over mistakes made on their order — obviously either side could be in the wrong in these types of situations; however, arguing with a customer over something extremely petty(like chicken nuggets versus chicken fingers) is not a good way to keep a customer. Service is slow, staff avoid helping customers, and WTH is up with the prices? Have I missed something, here? Since when does it cost $ 18 for 2 teen burgers, 1 small fries, and 1 poutine(drenched beyond reason in gravy: poutine soup anyone?)? Wendy’s quality food(at best) at Dairy Queen prices!!! Prices aside, if you are in the neighborhood and craving some good old A & W food, I suggest you take the time to drive 6 blocks down the road to the A & W at 101st ave and 75th street.
