Clean and not usually that busy. The prices are really high considering what you can get elsewhere for the same amount. Its around 50 $/​month for a basic membership and over 100 for the plus.
The studio is booked alot of the time so if your going to go for a spin make sure you check the schedule first.

This particular YMCA location is so great! I used to go to the castle downs YMCA and although there gym is a lot bigger it still has great machines, it’s very clean and the staff and people working out are so friendly!
I came to workout at 6am and was pleasantly surprised to find most of the machines were available! I wanted more information on the programs they offer and the lovely lady behind the desk had absolutely no problem going through everything with me and answering my *many* questions. She even took the time to show me around the place where I was able to meet the child minding care workers. And i know this is not in her job description. She did it all with a smile which was so refreshing– compared to a lot of the customer service representatives I’ve met. She also –just for the cherry on my cake — told me to go workout for free today try it out no charge. The programs they have here range from boot camps to yoga to Zumba & that’s not even including the children’s programs for all different ages! I absolutely love this location and will be back this afternoon to buy a membership not only for me but for the kids!
Definitely recommend this place!
