Creative Quality Catering & Bistro

I’ve been here dozens if times and I don’t know if there is better value for your money anywhere in the city. I haven’t been disappointed by a meal yet! Some of my favourites are:
— the steak, that’s only in the summer though.
— their hamburger is incredible
— best fish tacos I’ve ever had, it’s the sauce
— roast beef, moist and tender
— my favourite Caesar salad in the city
— schnitzel is the bomb
I could go on and on! Love it!!!

The Bistro feels like home away from home on the Ave. Amazing place both for dine-​in or their exceptional catering! Bryan and Merrick are so welcoming and know what comfort food really is. You go a few times and they know you by name. The menu changes daily (follow on Facebook to know what’s coming) which is fun. It usually includes an entrée or sandwich option for the day with pasta or salads always available. You will see regular crowd favourites like the Ultimate Cheeseburger or Sterling Silver NY Steak. These can often sell out with people calling to reserve theirs ahead of time. The homemade pasta is fantastic and I really enjoy the Caesar salad with their from-​scratch dressing. They are so regularly busy that you serve your own water from the cooler in the corner. To me, that just helps me feel more at home. If you are looking for catering, book early! They are crazy busy.
