It’s a little dusty in here, needs to be tidied up. Some items were not priced. Beyond that I was quite pleased with this store.
A nice selection of familiar brands. I came in for some acrylic paints. There were several brands to choose from.
The staff were friendly and quick to offer help.

One of the larger stores in Edmonton.
The staff here is friendly and helpful. We were looking for an «ink activated color palette» which they had never heard of, but we were able to find an alternative.
We are huge Halloweenies and are involved in several live stage performances. We were pleased to find that they carry «Brand X» liquid latex in several different colors at half the price of the local costume stores. What a pleasant surprise!
They have just about anything you can think of for any art project. They also carry a wide variety of colors for air-​brushing, including the body paints.
It is like Christmas when you walk in for any creative person!

I wanted to check this place out for a material that will stay red under latex. The friendly and we’ll informed staff were quick to help me out and I found out they carry my favorite latex as well (Brand X) the only place I’ve been able to find it was Halloween Alley. Now I have a place that sells it cheaper and year round.

Formerly known as Nordraft, this location of Colours is huge with supplies for just about every style of art imaginable. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to find you what you need and get you the best deal. I found supplies here I was unable to locate elsewhere. Be prepared to deal with a lot of temptation if you like brushes, sketchbooks, paints, pens, etc. custom framing is available. The store is a bit cluttered in areas, but that is just because there is so much stock. Have fun and be creative!
