Specialties

Fresh. Authentic. Italian. Enoteca Mozza Pizzeria Moderna, favored for its thin crust wood fired pizzas and variety of authentic appetizers and pastas, is the go to destination for business lunches, after-work cocktails, family dinners, casual nights with friends or an evening with that special someone.

In addition to its popular signature pizzas, the restaurant offers Italian classics, including Arancini, homemade Meatballs, Calamari Fritti and Veal Parmigiano plus a host of traditional pasta dishes, such as Lasagna and Spaghetti Bolognese. These delectable dishes are further complimented by the Wine Bar and extensive offerings of wines by the glass.

History

Established in 2009.

Established in 2009 It all started in the old country. While visiting our relatives in Italy and enjoying authentic italian wood-fired pizza on the south-western coast of Italy, we were inspired. After much discussion and just as much pizza, the final decision was made; We need to do this back home. And the idea for Enoteca Mozza ~ Pizzeria Moderna was born.

Growing up with our Nonna (Italian for Grandmother) and the wonderful meals she created, we knew we couldn’t just stop at Pizza. We asked her for all her recipes, begged her to help us perfect them and created our menu — filled with Italian classics and some of our contemporary favourites.

We built our first restaurant with our Nonna’s principals always in mind; Fresh, Simple & Authentic. We built Enoteca Mozza in her honour and we’re proud to share the pleasures she gave us growing up, with all of our guests. She on the other hand, isn’t very happy with us having shared her recipes with the public, but she’ll get over it.
