Good, honest shop. Communication with some of the staff can be slighltly effortful(hence the 4-star rating), but the work is well done. I will return for business.

Have you ever bought a pair of pants for like $ 10 and hemmed them for like $ 15? I have. Sad Panda. But no longer. My mom has a habit of looking at my pants when I visit her and the next time I see her, I get a new pair. Hmm, must have been some ugly pants… So anyhow, since I get these pants«for free» from my mother, I don’t want to spend a lot to alter them. I am short, no matter what, I need to hem them. I could put duct tape to hold the hem, but them there is so much extra fabric at the bottom… I could try to sew them myself, but who wants to ruin a free pair of pants? Remember when stores used to hem your clothes for free? I remember Levi’s used to take my jeans once I washed them and hem them for me. Anyhoo, I’ve brought a couple pairs here and they do a good job. Depending on how swamped they are, I can sometimes drop them off and walk around the Quay for a couple hours(I take a long time to eat) and them pick them up on the way back to the car. Otherwise, I come back the next day and have another bun from Cobs Bread. All in all, way better than what I can do.
