Excellent CLEAN store with everything you could want for your four legged friends! One of my favorite errands to run is getting dog and rabbit food, etc. I always enjoy the staffs banter and they are a wealth of info. It’s great to have this caliber of pet supply store right here close to home. Highly recommend!

This store has a very wide selection of dog supplies to fish supplies. They’re pretty cheap which I like. Good store accept for the workers. Me and my cousins had just collected stuff for spring clean up and I got this amazing 3 gallon fish tank! I was so excited so when we got home I said I wanted to go get a betta fish. We all headed to the closest pet store (mistake). We got inside and I started picking out some nice gravel and nice plants. We went up to the front desk and I put my stuff up. They immediately asked if I have ever had a betta fish in a harsh tone. I said I haven’t but I have guppies at home. And they said they would not sell us anything until I did my research and practically threw us out of the store. I was so sad and mad she made me feel like not getting a fish anymore. I am twelve years old I mean who does that my cousins are younger then me too. Thank god Bosley’s was across the street! They were so nice and helpful and explained how to take care of the fish and they had way more fish to choose from who were 10x times prettier. I extremely recommend going to Bosley’s. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN PETS-​N-​US!!!

I came here after visiting and loving my experience at the Pets N Us in Ladner. My husband and I were the only customers in the store and were greeted with a snippy «Do you know what you’re looking for?» We brushed off that comment (maybe she didn’t mean to use such a tone?) and kept on looking at the various cat products. Finally we decided to ask if they carried Science Diet and another employee replied «We don’t carry that brand. We carry higher quality food than that here.» I wanted to inform her that they must have carried it at one point because Science Diet still lists their particular store (not the Ladner one though) as a retailer, but I didn’t see a point. Needless to say, we turned around and left because we felt so unwelcome.
I’m disappointed in this location. I really strive to support local businesses but both employees working here were rather unwelcoming and condescending. There are more tactful ways we could have been welcomed and redirected to another brand of food that would have likely resulted in a sale.
I’m sorry to say I think I’ll be buying from the Bosley’s in T-​town or the Pets N Us in Ladner (should I be in that area).

My fave pet supply store in the area — a good selection of everything for my dogs and betta fish, and my cat when I used to have one. Decent prices and great customer service, and various resident animals to greet you, including sometimes cats for adoption.
