Had my driver side back quarter panel repaired after a hit and run. Bit of a wait to get an appointment which was fine by me. Offered to have service car but didn’t need it. The work was fantastic and looked like it was fresh off the lot new. They refinished the entire quarter panel and rear bumper which I was not expecting but great service. Will definitely be coming back (hopefully not soon).

Tsawwassen Collision is an ICBC accredited auto repair shop. Their facility is fairly good size but one of the best parts of this business is their customer service. The front staff are friendly and they treat you well. They also offer a valet car service as well as probably you will be needing it as car repairs are never quick.
What I like about this business is the small details. They wash and clean you car after the repairs are finished and they also give you a complimentary water bottle and breath mints too. It is strange that even though the repaired I had done to my car didn’t include anything with the driving of my far it just seems to handle better now after the three day repair job.
You probably won’t get your car in right away away for repairs but if you are I willing to wait up to a week before they have an opening (yes the are that busy) then this is a good choice to get your repairs done.
