I had Brejesh do a home inspection on a house my wife and I are planning on buying. The house is roughly 50 plus years old and I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Brejesh arrived on time and was very friendly, he explained exactly what he was gonna do. I asked to stay for the inspection and shadow him, which he didn’t mind at all. He explained in great detail of what he was looking for and as well on how to maintain it. He is very knowledgable and explains and answers any questions in detail. The inspection took a little over 4 hours (probably cause I was asking so many questions). I received the 54 page report the next morning which included pictures and thermal images immensely detailed. I’m glad I hired Brejesh from Stinger Home Inspections. His report was well worth the money, in fact I saved $ 1200 in repairs that his report pointed out. I would recommend Brejesh from Stinger Home Inspection to anyone who is need of a Home Inspection.
