While not a novel concept, it’s been around in the 1950s but first time I’ve heard of it. Still motorized but the key is that it’s quieter and more secure. Just not sure if it’s worth the extra thousand versus getting a $ 300 one at Canadian Tire lol. Insulation is $ 600 extra so if you plan to do some tool work, office, etc. it’s neat that you can still add this later on. Same stuff they use for airplanes, and lifetime, as it doesn’t degrade. Comes with a 10-year warranty for the actual door, and lifetime warranty on the motor. Still can’t see how busy they are lol, at $ 1800 per door, all in, including removal of existing garage door mount, etc. Keith here friendly and knowledgeable, says the best way to quote is to come over for free estimate.
