History

Established in 1985.

Brockmann’s Chocolate is a family-​owned business with a long tradition of producing finest quality chocolates. The tradition started in the 1930’s in Munich, Germany by Willy Brockmann, a master confectioner. His son Norbert, also a master confectioner, followed in the business. In 1985, Norbert and his wife Marianne moved to Canada where they established Brockmann’s Chocolate Inc in Richmond, British Columbia. To support its steady growth, the company moved to expanded facilities in Delta, B.C. in 2009. The family business now includes the third generation — sisters Nadine and Kathrin. Brockmann’s Chocolate to this day is guided by Willy’s core values of service, quality, and reliability.
