Good coffee. Their french roast is better then Starbucks, and I would rather support Local, so I pick this place over the alternative. wish they had some of that good salt spring island cheese with crackers to go along with my coffee though.

Decent coffee for your crossing. Much better than what’s available on ship, so avail yourself before you board! I like that they call their Americano a Canadiano. :)

Muffins were really good, coffee was good. They go a bit far in trying to be «unique», in the same way that the kid in your elementary school class was for wearing something their parents said was cool(it’s not an Americano, it’s a Canadiano, etc.). Given the hustle and bustle before a boarding, I’m surprised that they had run out of drip coffee and hadn’t started another. Most were asking for a dark roast blend but they had none. They told me «it’ll be less than 5 minutes!». Two minute later they started making it, ten minutes later I asked them for a medium roast instead as the cars were starting to board. Premium price should mean premium service.

Nothing special but the best thing to do while waiting for a ferry. Your other options are a Starbucks at the other end of the Quay and light-roast drip Starbucks on the ferry.
