Slowest EVER. I’ve given this place 2 attempts out of desperation and oh. My. Goodness. I could have made the food faster from scratch– and I barely know how to cook! Let’s put it this way: I’m still waiting for my food after having replied to 3 emails and browsed Facebook… I’m writing this review to kill time while I wait! Never again– don’t care how cheap or convenient it is. Update: finally got it. It’s barely warm and looks like it was thrown together by a blind 2 year old. I’m so confused. Lol

This place is extremely slow. They are often quite understaffed. Prepare for about 20 minutes from the time you walk in the door to the time you get your food.

(thirteen/thirty) I never thought I’d be reviewing KFC, let alone giving it a good review, but this KFC takes the cake for me. Yes, I frequent KFC. Yes, probably once a week, if not more. How I stay thin? If I told you, it wouldn’t be a secret and everyone would do it! Everywhere you go, every KFC you visit, the food is the same. That being said, I’m not going to comment on it because we all know what an original recipe chicken sandwich tastes like. Battered fried goodness. I love the people that work here! Once I get over the embarrassment of having store staff recognize me when I come in, nothing makes me happier than joking around, not having to place my own order(because they know what I order). I also enjoy getting free things, which they sometimes throw my way. Sad will be the day when Carolyn moves away from this area and is forced to oink out elsewhere.

I don’t get why it takes 30 minutes to go through a drive through it’s supposed to be fast food — I could’ve dined in at a restaurant during similar amount of time it seems to have improved recently but wow … they have really incompetent team of staff working there

This place is DISMAL. Yes, I said DISMAL. I rarely PAN a negative review of an eatery, let alone a multi-national, but THISPLACEBLOWS. KFC or TACOBELL, either side does a disservice to its’ national advertising… If it is a KFC, then YUMBRANDS, and their franchisees better listen up. CHICKEN is just that, CHICKEN. It is not platinum, or metallurgical coal. When you are charging over $ 1.50 per peice of chicken, for what is supposed to be FASTFOOD, then I expect two things to happen. That the food is READY, or that it is FAST. This is NOT the case here. This ISN’t just ONE negative review. I have been to this location several times, and at each attempt, I am simply not impressed. I do NOT expect a 30 person backlog WAIT for a simple order.(Yes, 30 people). ATDINNERTIME. It isn’t like you don’t expect to be busy — ATDINNER.(???) - If this location is a TACOBELL, then it is also DISMALLYRUN. TACOBELL is supposed to be even FASTER food. Flatbread, Tacos, and Natchos. For crying out lout. It isn’t rocket science. FAST service, FAST food. Again — ATDINNERTIME. - To be sure, the food is standard TACOBELL /KFC fare, but I certainly do NOT expect to wait 15 minutes for a serving of Fast Food — especially this stuff. The food isn’t really the problem. The staffing is. Pick up your socks, and hasten the pace.(Andale). This SHOULD be a busy location. Be prepared for it. This location is NOT prepared. Either the manager is CORPORATE or ABSENTEE. Staff is short-handed, and ill-equipped. (They ran out of hard-shell tacos when I last visited, at 5pm, just prior to the dinner rush.) Hungry people in a hurry? Shoppers? Drive throughs? You should seek nourishment elsewhere. Walk in? Not in a hurry? Don’t mind the wait? Bring a book. And your wallet. Overpriced, underdelivered. Try somewhere else.
