BEST WESTERN PLUS

Stayed there in March 2015. Staff was approachable and friendly. Pool and sauna areas were immaculate. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and did great work. I would recommend this hotel over and over.

Had a room booked here for 2 nights. After travelling all day with two very tired and grumpy kids you could imagine my distress when we turned up and they had over sold the hotel and our room was no longer available. The girl at reception was so rude and unapologetic and could care less. She then walked off on us and left us scratching our heads (kids crying). At least a man named Daryl who was also working at reception had the decency to call around looking for another hotel for us. We ended up driving around till 2 in the morning as every single room in Vancouver was booked. Finally we found something and got a room for the night. Returned to the best western the next day greeted by the same unapologetic rude woman. If this room was not booked and paid for by a 3^rd party there is no way I would return. We travel all over the world and have never been treated so rudely and with zero consideration about our kids. Pathetic service! The pool is nice.
