History
Established in 1997.
Dr. Trevor Miranda established Mill Bay Eyecare in 1997. Dr. Anita Voisin later joined him, and together they opened Chemainus Family Eyecare in 2000. By 2005 they had outgrown their space in Mill Bay and together opened South Cowichan Eyecare in Cobble Hill. In 2011, Dr. Miranda and Dr. Voisin further expanded their services by opening Lake Cowichan Eyecare. Today, we have grown into a five doctor optometric practice offering state of the art technology in our Ultimate Eye Experience. We have a boutique selection of sunglasses called The Sunglass Cove to help you find the perfect pair of sunglasses. Hundreds of designer frames line our walls, providing you with a vast selection of glasses to meet all budgets. Our doctors and optometric assistants can customize solutions to suit your individual needs. We offer the latest in contact lens technology and laser vision correction consultations. We fully guarantee satisfaction from all of our eyewear products and services.
