This place has changed management a few times in the past few years. I’ve eaten here under the different managements. It was all ok before but under current owners, the menu is slightly better. If you are a phở enthusiast like I am, you can eat pretty much anything on a phở menu. I have to say, that they have all the ingredients you wouldn’t normally find in Chilliwack(tendons, tripe, culantro. not cilantro, blood curd, etc). So it is similar to what you would find in Vancouver. The other Vietnamese restaurants here cater to a western crowd and don’t have certain ingredients. They will also cook you up things that aren’t on the menu if you know what you want. Only problem is that the parking lot is a bit hard to get to but it is roomy.

My wife and daughter and I go here on a regular basis. the soup is excellent and the service is very good as well. The young guy that works their is friendly and is always trying to do all he can to make our visit comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant. My wife and I were going to galaxy phở for years but it is just too busy. Phở basil is not so busy and the restaurant décor is fairly nice and clean.

The interior is nice, but the parking lot is difficult to get to. The service is slow. The prices are on a parr with other, similar, retaurants. The broth is bland and they use the same broth for all soups. My partner had the rare beef soup and I had the seafood soup, yet the broth was the same. The menu described the seafood soup as having crab in it, but did not have any crab. it had four small piece of squid and six prawns and some noodles and soy beans.
