While I did not care for the Rodd Charlottetown itself, its restaurant, Chambers, is actually pretty darn good. Their menu is limited, but even picky me could find something. I actually ate here three times during my 24-hour stay. :-D Overall staff were good(our server for dinner was chatty and a lot of fun). We did have a strange server for both lunch and breakfast the next day who served my mother coffee she acknowledged was cold(and of course had to replace with hot), but she was friendly enough. The food itself was very good. French toast, bacon & eggs, fish & chips, clubhouse … all very good. The room is large with high ceilings and plenty of space between tables. The carpet looks like it came second-hand from a casino, but I can forgive that. :-) Prices are reasonable and food came in a timely manner.
