The Wildhorse tent is one of my favourite places to come during Stampede. Spacious, plenty of bars and bathrooms, usually a decent crowd. I went on a Tuesday night — there was no line, and 54 – 40 was playing. A really fun time to be had by all!

This was pretty rad. My cousin brought me here the first night of Stampede, and since she’s a native Calgarian I knew she’d choose one of the best spots. The line to get in wasn’t too bad, and even though cover was pricey it was worth it to party in such a cool spot. The tent is huge, but easy to navigate with multiple bars and a big dance floor. There’s port-a-potties at one end, but if you head towards the back you can go through the restaurant to get to flush toilets. Live music was great, and I’ve probably never had more fun than singing«Alberta Bound» decked out in Western wear. Thanks for the good time, Calgary, I’ll be back next year!

First off I’ll start by saying, I generally am not a fan of stampede. But, I will always go out once a year and I always choose Wildhorse. Drinks are a little pricey, but it’s Stampede so it comes with the territory. Cover is $ 30, which again I find ridiculous, but again, it’s Stampede. Went down last night for the one day out this stampede with my hubs, bestie, her man and another friend of ours. We got there around 9:30, there was no line, which was awesome! They have tons of washrooms, with full hand washing stations, a big smoke pit, so you don’t have to be near it, plus an abundance or bars and space. I can get stabby when there is lots of people, but due to the space it was easy to walk around, to find people and last night there was a wicked live band. I have no idea who was there, but it was some rockin beats. All and all it was another great night out during stampede!
