Visions the Best Name In Electronics

Terrible customer service, over-​priced parts & labor, and no flexibility with booking appointments. These guys are car audio installation amateurs, avoid at all costs!

I had been wanting a bigger TV for a while, and decided at 5:30 on a Saturday I wanted it now, so I could watch NFL Sunday the next day.
We hauled up to this location and got there at 5:55, right before closing. I felt bad, but I was on a mission. Soon as we walked in I apologized and told him exactly the TV I wanted. And a wall mount. He helped us pick the best wall mount they have, and we do love it. And was out of there by 6:05.
Great service, our sales guy was a little pushy on the warranty, which irritated me, but finally dropped it.
They had a great sale on too. Awesome store for electronics.

I like buying my electronics from this particular Visions store. Whenever you purchase an item from the store and also purchase the extra warranty and you never had to use the extra warranty, the amount that you paid towards the warranty will be given back to you in the form of a store credit! It works!
I have purchased several items here like cameras and TV. I always get great customer service. Don’t forget you can collect Airmiles!

I decided I wanted to by a flat screen TV, to «get with the times» finally. So I shopped around online and found a wicked deal on a Samsung LCD. I had heard that Visions will beat any competitors price by 5%, as long as you can prove the price and that the store has it in stock.
So I brought in my proof to this location. They had the TV I wanted in stock, listed for $ 600 more than the ad I came in with. It took forever for someone to ask if I needed assistance. I showed him the ad I had, I could tell right away he wasn’t happy. He took it and called the competing store to check if they had it in stock. They did, so he had to beat the price by 5%. This of course meant that he wouldn’t be making much, if any, commission off this sale. I immediately got the sense that he wanted to just get the sale over with.
One other good thing about Visions, is their warranties. The warranties are pricey, but if you do not use it, you get the money back in store credit! That’s something I’ve never seen anywhere else! I let myself be talked into one, especially since the TV I was getting was a brand new model. I also got a screen cleaner for $ 25, that didn’t seem too bad of a price to me.
Once the transaction was over, so was any service. No one offered to help with taking the TV to my vehicle. Not that it mattered, since my Husband was there, but they could have offered!
Visions does have a commission hungry feel to it. I’m giving it 4 stars because they beat prices by 5% and because of the warranty rebate. This is a great place to go if you want a deal, but don’t expect to feel welcome!
