I have been to many spas and massage clinics; this is, by far, one of the best I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are very helpful and professional. My masseuse, Ronnie, also specializes in Reiki and energy work. The atmosphere is relaxing g, the beds are comfortable and they use aromatherapy during the session. You can request to have specific trouble spots worked on during your session. Relaxing music is played and the rooms are warm. You can book by phone or online. Register to get a friendly email reminder. There are different session lengths to choose from. There is ample parking out front.

I love this place so much and I’ve only been once. I oftentimes worry about writing 5 star reviews for my new favourite places in fear I’ll lose them to the general public. But, Tru Therapeutics is worth is. I booked in with Leanne for a 90 minute massage recently and to say I was thrilled with the experience would be the understatement of the century. After moving more inner city, I had to say goodbye to a massage therapist I had for years. She took it well, but sometimes she still drunks calls me crying. Just kidding. She’s usually only a little drunk. So having found Tru Therapeutics near my house, I was elated! Leanne was professional, kind, and so very skilled. She truly recognized my areas of concern and worked with my breathing to ensure she knew what type of pressure to apply. She was amazing! I literally booked in for 2 weeks later. The location is small, but the rooms are gorgeous. It’s evident the beds, sheets, oils, etc. are all excellent quality. Everything was so comfortable and I left feeling so rejuvenated. I seriously think Leanne is a miracle worker, I can’t wait to go back! Make sure you check out Tru Therapeutics in Mount Pleasant across from 4^th Spot, you won’t be disappointed. Or don’t, because I want it all for myself.
