We had a stove overheat and stop working outright. Service call was booked in short order and while we had to wait on a part to be shipped as the biggest time and cooking supper inconvenience, the follow up installation went relatively quickly. We did have to book a follow up request as the oven did reach temperatures after the installation, which was rectified on a second visit. From a customer service standpoint, this company cares about its customers and ‘makes it right’ when the install was not 100% the first attempt. Attentive service technicians with digital terminals and accept credit card payments in real time with digital receipts, courteous reception staff who work to make appointments within your schedule. The techs make a point of calling at 8:30am with a designated 2 hour appointment window so you are not stuck at home all day to wait on them. They arrive closer to the earlier time in all visits we had.

I bought a washer /dryer from COASTAPPLIANCCES almost two months ago From the first day we realize that dryer button was broken we inform Coast appliances they said that they will sent a technician right away. Since two months ago totem service people call to come and they do not show up. this action happened 4 times and when we call they say sorry we can not find the electrical part we call coast appliances and they pass us to totem service people I am surprised why there is no laws to take care of these thieves

We have a gas range that had 2 burners clicking constantly. The tech came in, cleaned the electrodes and showed me what to do and presto — FIXED! In contrast with the same problem being dealt with by Trail Appliances and looked at in December and never fixed by them. We will be using Totem for all of our future repair needs. See my review of the terrible service from Trail Appliances, who were unable to resolve the problem in over 2 months.

I’ve had a bad experience with Totem appliance as well. I purchased a Frigidaire fridge through The Brick, and this is Frigidaire’s appointed technician. I’ve already had a Totem tech out twice to my home(with the 9 – 5 window so I had to do both appointments on my day off). The last time the tech was out, he didn’t even wait to see if the part was working again, and left my house quickly. The issue remains unfixed, and I had booked them to come on another day I took off. Rather than calling me a day before, the tech calls me the morning of my appointment, and lets me know the parts are not in. They really do not respect clients’ time and the fact that people cannot be home at any given time. What a nightmare!
