I have a Delonghi Magnifica espresso machine. I tried 2 weeks in a row to get it into Myric the authorized repair service in Calgary. They were not taking in new machines as they were very busy and I was told it may be up to a month to get my machine back. As my caffeine addiction is off the charts I tried Pedrag at Coffee Machine Services! What a gem! I dropped my machine in on Wednesday afternoon and got it back on Monday! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest!
