Manager
Hello and my name is Amanda Stark and I have over 30 years’ experience in the private club business.
A former elite squash athlete, my highest ranking was number 1 in Canada and #28 internationally. Not only a playing professional I also taught professionally for 20 years at the Edgemont Racquet Club (Calgary), Jericho Tennis Club (Vancouver) and the Royal Glenora (Edmonton).
Management experience began when I had the opportunity to manage the South Sound Squash Club on Grand Cayman, which is the finest squash club in the Caribbean with over 350 members and 7-international squash courts, Heading the helm I oversaw all facets of the busy facility.
For the past 2 years I have been the Membership, Marketing and Women’s Club Manager of The Bow Valley Club. Fitness, squash, dining, corporate networking, member relations are what makes the BVC the premier downtown club in Calgary.
