I’ve been going to this car wash for as long as I can remember. I have childhood memories of my dad coming here with the entire family, and his car wash routine (clearing car mats from the car to dispose of rocks and then proceeding to wash the car) has now unconsciously become my routine as well. I love how affordable this car wash is. There isn’t a need to go get a $ 15 drive through car wash because the water pressure at Sudsy’s is enough to get rid of the dead bugs that you accumulated when driving on the highway yesterday.
One of the changes I noticed from my childhood is that the initial purchase has to be a minimum of $ 2, and then you may continue to purchase a longer wash time in increments of $ 1. I would say that a thorough car wash can be complete with $ 3 if you are efficient, and $ 4 if you are taking your time.
This has and always will be my go to car wash. The only con of this place is the looooong line that can be formed. But definitely worth the wait!

Why 5-​stars for a carwash? Well, for many people it’s not the most review inspiring industry and since I feel inspired to write a review for a car wash, that’s definitely worth something.
They’re the only car wash I know of that I will actually go out of my way to get to. I like that they have a bank-​style lineup instead of a grocery store style line-​up because it’s way faster. It’s true, I learned it in university. There’s a $ 20,000 tip for you courtesy of my parents!
I like that there is a significant amount of indoor room outside of the wash bays. I’m not a fan of the carwashes where you have your own enter and exit door and pull into a cramped stall. Sudsy’s is a very large single room with high ceilings and tarp dividers between.
They charge for the time you’re washing instead of the time you’re in there. If you’re the kind of person who likes to look after your 4-​wheeled lady with some well-​deserved detailing, you can spend some time at the end shining her up, drying her off and making everything looks spectacular… just not when there’s a line-​up. Don’t be that person!
