Being a former tannorexic(lol) and recently having a scary experience with melanoma, I was pretty heartbroken to have to let my love for tanning go. I’ve done Mystic Tans a bunch of times and when Groupon featured a deal here for two Mystic sessions for $ 35, I jumped on it. I had never heard of, or been to this salon before. When I called to set up my appointment, the girl who answered the phone sounded less than thrilled but I let it go without much thought. When I got there, she acted like she hated her life. Didn’t want to be there. Didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, didn’t look at me, nothing! I get if you’re having a bad day but COMEON. I am overly friendly in places like this because I’ve worked at tanning salons before and it can get super boring. But what I don’t understand is how my upbeat, positive attitude couldn’t bring her to even crack a smile at me. I don’t know why but she really looks like she hates her job. Poor customer service in my opinion, but I suppose you don’t go to the tanning salon for the employees. Anyway, the salon looked clean and my Mystic turned out great. I’ll definitely return to use my other session, but afterwards I will try Tan de Soleil for my spray tanning needs!
