I am not crazy about this location… I love to go to the chapters location across the street. They are so short staff all the time that it takes sooooo long to get your order and get your drink. And it seems like they are so unorganized.
Not as friendly… and they get my orders wrong…
If it’s an absolute… then I would go there if no other choice… but in the mean time .I will stay with my usual Starbucks locations across the street in chapters.

I’ve been here a few times before, and yes it is conveniently located in Sunridge Mall :) However, on our last visit, the store Supervisor made our day a little brighter! It was quite chilly in there, and my husband was ordering his usual beverage. I don’t usually drink from Starbucks because I find it tastes strong, but in this case the store Supervisor noticed I was chilly and gave me a hot tea on him.
I just wanted to share this excellent customer service, specific to this location of Starbucks. Obviously he understands what true ‘service with a smile’ is all about: D

This Starbucks is located right in Sunridge Mall. The highlight of this location is that right outside is a patio with this great water fountain. It makes for a really nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee.
Also, around Christmas (well, mid-November) Sunridge Mall lights up their 45-foot Christmas tree right outside Starbucks’ door. So, even in cold weather there’s something attractive to look at while enjoying a coffee.
