Starbucks

I always go to this location. Today I am really disappointed coz I think the barrista, s name is Jarrod. He is a younger guy, he always give me attitude, didn’t get my order right though I always order frapps without whip all the time. No note was given to his colleague, not friendly as the others.

Quick and pleasant service, and a perfectly made latte. All the key ingredients of a great Starbucks. It’s a busy place because it’s in the Chapters and parking isn’t great. But once you get there the service and product is good.

I’ve always had great service at this location and it’s always busy (no seats available). I am a regular here since the kids & I spend a lot of time in the Chapters kids section especially on cold «stuck indoors kind of days» and this Starbucks is inside Chapters.
Starbucks is more of a habit for me that began back in my Vancouver days. I LOVE being able to browse the book store with a fresh coffee in hand. Some day’s the coffee tastes good, some days it tastes like the beans have been over roasted or burnt. It has always baffled me how the taste of coffee can be so inconsistent from Starbucks to Starbucks. I agree with Geoff in that they need to get better at attending to their always overflowing garbage’s.
My habit keeps me drinking dry cappuccinos, espressos… sometimes green tea lemonades in the summer and maybe once a year I treat myself to a frappuccino.
I guess there are worse habits out there so as long as the customer service remains good, I’m not in any rush to break this one!

I can see why this has 1.5 stars. Weak customer service at the till, full-​to-​the-​brim garbages, and a door that’s so heavy it takes three to open. At least the barista was nice!

Three years after ordering our two chai lattes we got them. My advice — order, go browse the entire Chapters twice, then come back. You might only have to wait about 10 minutes after that to get your order.

I think I have to give up on Starbucks in the northeast. I took the time to get out of my car for this location.
I haven’t had Starbucks in two weeks after losing a bet with my boyfriend, so I was really looking forward to having a treat this morning.
I ordered a white chocolate mocha and got a latte with whipped cream on it.
What a great failway to start the day.
Blah.
Ed note: If this was the first time this had happened to me at this location, I wouldn’t have written this review. However, it appears to be an ongoing issue, missing the flavouring in drinks.
