Spragg’s Meat Shop is a permanent resident at the Calgary Farmers Market at Currie Barracks. And thank god for that, because since I’ve found the place, my life has definitely changed for the better! That’s because Spragg’s Farmer’s Sausage has become a fixture on my dinner plate. This lean, free-​range Farmer’s Sausage is delicately seasoned and delicious, and an easy and healthy protein fix on days when you don’t fee like eating the damned chicken again! It’s outrageously good!
Besides Farmer’s Sausage, they offer pretty much every cut of their free-​range pork for an appropriate price — you get what you pay for. And as it turns out, if the flavour of their Farmer’s Sausage is any indication, it seems a happy pig is a tasty pig! And that’s worth a whole lot!
