Shapes ‘n Figures

This is the best place in Calgary to buy swimwear without a doubt! I brought my wife here after wasting time at swimco and she fell in love with the place. Helpful friendly staff that knew what they were doing. We just got back from mexico and we told everyone that was their for the wedding about this place.

Absolutely terrible service!
I went to this store because they advertise that they carry all sizes for all shapes and figures. When I went in, i had to ask for assistance with finding a bathing suit. When asked what size I wear, the sales clerk begrudgingly pulled out a few suits close to my size. Instead of helping me find more swim suites, she stood there impatient as I tried to look for other options than the incorrect sizes she pulled. I eventually tried the suits she gave me because looking through the massive selection without any help was pointless. One of the bathing suits was 2 cup sizes to big, the other 3 cup sizes to small and one was a mastectomy bathing suit (not appropriate in my situation).
The staff was borderline rude. They didn’t offer to size me (which is something they advertise) and they didn’t bothered to check if I needed a different size. I was the only one shopping yet they didn’t seem to have the time for me, it was like I was interrupting them form something more important than a sale. They also proceeded to bad mouth another store that carries hard to find bathing suit sizes. I ended up leaving this store and went to the store she was bad mouthing and found 3 perfectly fitting bathing suits.
Bottom line;
Terrible service
Terrible attitude towards customers
Take your money elsewhere.
