I found an offer on Unilocal for this salon offering 25% off services by new talent to new customers and decided to try to book online for it. Unfortunately there was no information on who was new talent, and I selected the wrong stylist. But thank god I did!
Laura called and followed up with me, explaining who the new talent was, but then because of the short notice was unable to get in contact with that particular stylist. Laura graciously offered to accommodate my wishes and honor the special price, staying until 10 PM to put me through a colour with highlights, cut and style for an awesome price! The colour turned out amazing, she gave wonderful advice and was incredibly pleasant and fun to talk to. I definitely recommend seeing her for your colour needs, not only did she do a wonderful job fixing my color so it went from multi layer box blonde to fresh and shiny, but excellent customer service. Very impressed.
