Having worked in settlement for most of her career, she enjoys helping newcomers to get the documentation they need to participate fully in Canadian life. It is a scam registry if you want to make a road test. Judy is the worst person you would ever meet in your life. I think she needs an English course before she could examine anyone for any road test. She is unfair and was screaming in at me till I had a nervous breakdown. I wonder how she is still in this place after all these negative feedback. She is not fair and would create false mistakes so she can make you repeat the test for several times. If you want to do the test for several times and someone would shout and scream at you then go to this bad place.
She makes fail because I touch the curb in my parallel parking saying that I climb over the curb.
The day after I came to her as medo school teacher advised me, the time I started my test she was screaming and shouting to me.
She gave me wrong instructions to do it in my exam.
She put I lot of mistakes on the driver check list wich I’ve never done.
But she couldn’t lie about more than 6 mistakes. that is why she had to make pass after giving me a very bed feed back

Let’s be real, going to a registry is never a good time. Always long lines, long waits and cranky staff. So with that in mind, I like this place because you take a number and have a seat to wait for your turn. Beats standing in line. Also, this place has a lot of staff, so your turn comes around quicker than some other places. And the lady who helped me was polite and friendly. Parking is a little tight in this area, so try to avoid peak hours. So once you accept that going to any registry is cumbersome, might as well try to find the most efficient and comfortable one to go to.

This is the closest registry by where I live.
This is also the location that my hubby feel comfy to go to.
Recently, they waived the fee for using debit when you pay for your transactions. They even have a table of the range of pay when using your credit card. Example: $ 1 – 60 is say $ 3 just an example. Then on and on.
Their equipments are shitty, the seats are like rocks.
The service is shitty… not a whole lot of friendly people working there.
Then, when I took my drivers license pic taken, they never showed my pic if I want it or not!
Omg! Also, they don’t explain a whole lot to you about your transactions…

If I could put no star I would!!! Avoid this place at all costs. They completely don’t understand personal space and privacy.
The person who was helping me couldn’t answer my question so she goes over to a more senior employee who looked like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. After she asked this senior employee she started yelling at me while she was helping another client «WHAT DO YOU WANT, I DONT UNDERSTAND…“All I asked for was a trade name form? I’m sorry did I kill your loved one, it was 830am and the last thing I needed was some women barking at me.
After I left I called and spoke with the owner/manager and she pretty much told me that she didn’t care and I was lucky that I even was assisted by a senior employee because she was knowledgeable… REALLY because last I checked she couldn’t help me… So disgusted by this place.
One week later I went to the registry on country hills and Sarcee trail and asked them the same question and guess what they knew what I needed printed out a form and helped me out.

Excellent service! Grab a number when you get in. Before I knew it, it was my turn. Fast and friendly. Parking close to the door and lots of it.
