Anthony,
As we have already discussed this matter privately, you know that I am writing this review on behalf of our club. Considering this is the sole review from us, it’s odd to say our students have been motivated to launch an online attack. Moreover, Unilocal’s purpose is to inform the public of the experiences they have had. Our experience with Primal Screen has been accurately documented even if the review is scathing.
You have a business to protect, so I can understand why you’ve written your response as such. However, I hope you can appreciate we will not accept your response. It is an inaccurate, if not a completely disingenuous recollection of the events. Moreover, what motive do we have to go to these lengths? If we did not honestly feel like this was our last resort, I wouldn’t have written a review of this nature.
You have twice mentioned you wished this situation could have turned out differently. I have the shirts and they do not look good. If you truly are interested in remediating this situation, please accept this as an opportunity to do so.
If not, then I sincerely hope your future customers fare better than we did and that you are able to learn from this. Should you wish to pursue this matter further please let us know.
