Tara M.
Business Owner
Tara’s passion and dedication to marketing and entrepreneuralism have been evident throughout her entire work history. Tara graduated from Robertson Broadcasting Academy with a Diploma in Broadcast Communications (2001). She then went on to work as an Entertainment Reporter for CJKR in Winnipeg, MB, focusing on script development and execution for television and radio media, along with event planning and marketing for the station. She continued her work history by moving to Manhattan, New York where she co-founded a Production company. The company planned, developed and sold short news stories to international media outlets. The creation of New Wave Media would provide her the chance to return to her entrepreneuarial roots. For Tara, the agency is an opportunity to help clients, and through her passion and knowledge, the agency has grown from a three-person start-up company, to a highly visible and reputable agency operating in Alberta and British Columbia.
