Mr Sub

I saw this Mr. Sub and was excited to have a sandwich for lunch since it’s harder to find Mr. Subs these days. When i entered the store, the guy behind the counter started to tell me stories about weather or something… so that was a bit awkward.
The sandwich tasted as good as i remembered… minus the hard rubber grit in the chicken… gross.
As i ate my sandwich, i listened to more of his stories and the same awkward conversations he had with every guest… some wanting to jet out of there as soon as possible… haha. He gets a 5 star for effort and –2 star for making everyone uncomfortable.
Then i started to read the reviews for this location I started to laugh as i’m guessing everyone else is talking about the same guy i’m talking about… haha. He said he’s been there for 15 years so must be the same dude.
Anyways, this location was below my expectation for taste and quality for a Mr.Sub.

I visited this location a year ago and the employees were horrible. The one women there is extremely grouchy. Rolls her eyes at everything and throws attitude whenever she can. I cant believe she is in the service industry. The other guy that works there is very weird. Talks way to much and make u feel very uncomfortable. Its actually painful. All you want to do is get out of there. It was such a bad experience i swore i would never return. I ended up going back and and the same awkward talker make my sandwich again. I keep going back because its close to me and not as busy as subway. Also im trying to get healthy so i go there instead of a burger joint. I thought it was me but my ex gf told me she would never go in there at night when she saw the one guy working cause he creeped her out. She also told me how both staff were horrible and what a horrible attitude the women has. Today i went in, this time with a friend. We we finally got out of there after being trapped and having to listen to the guy and his no sense stories the first thing my friend told me was that was painful and he would never go there again. So i know its not just me. I would recommend staying away. The sandwiches are fine. They are what u except from a franchise sandwich shop but the staff is something else. I wish i didnt have togo there but they get my money due to location.

So normally if I am starving and want something fast not not too horrible. I go to Subway and order a veggie delight… but I was driving past Mr Sub and thought why not give it a try.
As I am Vegan I wanted to make sure the bread was without unwanted ingredients.
When I entered there were two people working… I approached the closest one (No nice greeting like ALL Subways employees give you on entering) And asked the woman if the bread they use has dairy or eggs in it. She says” I don’t know” so I say «Oh really? where is the paper work with lists of ingredients??» Without looking up she says «We don’t have one»
No «I am sorry.».or «wow we should have one I apologize for this… «
She couldnt have cared less… the one customer sitting in there at noon should have been my sign.
