This properly management company, or possibly just the property managers and receptionist employed by it really went above and beyond to make moving into a condo they manage as tedious and difficult as possible. I had to leave 3 voicemails, have 3 conversations and then send countless emails just to get the move in documentation for a condo I purchased. Additionally, the property manager misrepresented rules that are in in place by the condo board, causing additional problems. Real estate transactions are stressful as it is, but this company made it truly miserable. I do not look forward to future interactions.

This is the most incompetent, corrupt company I have ever had the experience of dealing with. Their business model of hiring managers that get paid based on how many suites they manage ensures the worst customer service with no repercussions because they tie you Into a contract. I’m also convinced their preferred contractors get kickbacks as they never offer to get a second quote on anything and manage to overspend every budget and find ways to spend your money at the end of budget time. Keep your eye on them and get out as fast as you can.

Worst property Managment company! The condo I live in has had 4 property Managment companies in the past 6 years, and I thought they were bad until Montgomery Ross. Not only do they not call back their clients, ever, but they stay silent about what is going on in the building. They never tell residents anything about any construction going on in any of the units and then expect you to be ok with all the noise, or flooding, or damages done!

Pretty bad company! They manage our location, they randomly sprayed for pesticides one day when my son was out in the front yard. Also, they hooked up to our water supply without notice or consent and used our water for a number of hours (we pay for our water). They are underhanded to say the least.

The worst condo management company out there. Their after-​hours staff are completely uninformed about how to actually solve emergency problems including who to contact when the door/​access system breaks and won’t let anyone into the apartment. They are slow to act, and when the elevator I was in had the cable break and it fell a number of stories, the person who answered made me repeat my name and contact info about three times instead of getting help. Consistently their management is subpar, and particular in emergencies when they are needed it’s obvious they have no idea what they’re doing.
I highly recommend anyone looking for a condo management company look elsewhere, and that those under its management reconsider their options.

Horrible Management company. The worst thing is that they don’t get back to the owners. We can contact them by phone and email numerous time and they never call/​email back. We all thought it was individual problem until the owners met for the first time during a general meeting. Their excuse is that there are many owners and only 1 person working for this complex (3 4-​story condo buildings and 43 townhomes!). Well, perhaps they need to hire more people to manage this condo complex!
And they don’t know what is happening half the time, the other half they don’t get the job done. I would strongly suggest any condo NOT to hire Montgomery Ross & Associates!

Well I have to give a huge shout out to property and building managers of my mother’s condominium. Special Kudos goes to Gloria and Roger (building managers) who successfully maintained and managed a flooding of the parking area of her condo two weekends ago.
I bet you saw this on the news folks, 1 foot of water (just 1 inch below knee level) flooded the bottom parkade of the whole building, all cars had to be evacuated at 6 am and 200 suites had no elevator for around 3 days.
The managers were able to expertly supervise workers, media, parking, security, deliveries and tenants, and keep things pretty much under control for 3 days, this with hardly any sleep and time to eat.
I was amazed, free parking was offered by the city and other surrounding condos to tenants of the building, and physically challenged residents were forewarned earlier in order to make other living arrangements.
With the hindsight of building managers, and the presence of property managers, things pretty much ran smoothly and people worked as a well orchestrated team.
The water eventually subsided and elevators were then working properly again, and tenants slowly but surely parked underground once again and proceeded to take the elevator up and down the building.
5 stars to the management team, for making my mother’s home a safe and secure place to live again.
