Accurate Home Inspections will provide you with an extensive, objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of the home, from the roof to the foundation. An average inspection time is 2.5 to 3.5 hours depending on size.

We Email you a detailed narrative report with a digital picture of almost every issue that is found to help explain it and also for you to reference back to in a few years. I also like to mention that we have Full Provincial License and are an RHI (Registered Home Inspector) member of CAHPI, which is the Canadian Association for Home Inspectors and we are a member of the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Also, one of our inspectors is a Journeyman carpenter and a Certified Level 1 Thermographer, our other inspector also has an extensive background in construction as a general contractor and renovator.

History

Established in 2008.

We are a Calgary based business. We are also one of Calgary’s best reviewed home inspection companies on various sites like Home​s​tars​.com and Google. We have Full Provincial Licenses and are a RHI (Registered Home Inspectors) member of CAHPI, which is the Canadian Association for Home Inspectors. Also, one of our inspectors is a Journeyman carpenter, our other inspector also has an extensive background in construction as a general contractor and renovator. Our home inspectors are Certified Level 1 Thermographer’s.

Business Owner

I am a Journeyman Red Seal Carpenter with an extensive background in construction. My whole family is in construction, my father is a log house builder for the last 35 years, two of my brothers are now log house builders, another of my brothers is a Journeyman Electrician and my Aunt is one of Alberta’s first Women Journeyman Carpenters.

Construction is a family trade.
