Mina’s Vietnamese Noodle Soup

We absolutely love Mina’s. The food is really tasty and the restaurant is always clean, you can see the kitchen and prep area which is always a plus. The girls are SUPER friendly, service is fast and courteous. I have never been to Vietnam, so can not comment on ingredients and how truly original the food is, but the owners and cook certainly are.
Price is more than reasonable for the size of the plates. And is feels quite healthy! We keep coming back.

I’ve been going to Mina’s for about eight years now. The food is great, and the service is always quick and friendly.
If I’m getting a cold, I’ll order chicken satay phở but I usually go for vermicelli.

Menu had some «weird» items that weren’t very Vietnamese.
Meh.
I left like I hadn’t eaten phở which I was craving =(hah.
Too bad, cuz this place is close to home.

Love Mina’s! Try the pork dumplings, they are amazing! The food is good and the prices reasonable.

Mina’s is one of two Vietnamese restaurants situated along the Canyon Meadows Avenida area along MacLoed Trail.
In contrast to Sunshine Vietnamese, Mina’s has a more efficient setup of getting you through your meal as quick as they can, without the process seeming rude. Their utensils are neatly placed on the side of the table with the usual condiments. Their menus are immediately placed on each table where you can easily check off what you want.
I’ve always gotten my fail safe dishes here, the same I get in almost every Vietnamese restaurant out there. The Phở Bo Sate and the SpringRoll/​ShreddedPork/​BBQ Pork Bun. Delicious for something that was quickly put together.
Great alternative to fast food joints, a little healthier too. A little :)

For good, fresh Vietnamese style foods Mina’s is my choice in the South East. They have had several owners and the food went down hill for a while and I was freaking out because I would visit once a week. It’s back to a VG standard with decant service.

Mina’s has been a regular Thursday night take-​out visit for us for well over a year. The food is tasty, good portions, good variety and the spring rolls are tasty without being too greasy. The bubble teas are great.
The service for dine-​in is okay, but since we usually do take-​out maybe we were there on an off day. The owner is extremely friendly and customer focused, though.
The restaurant itself is fairly small but there’s usually a table or two available. Lots of people seem to do take-​out.
There’s usually plenty of parking nearby as the restaurant is in a mini-​mall.
Update: July 29, 2010. There seems to be new ownership now, and the food portions are much smaller and the quality doesn’t seem to be as good…

Excellent food, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. Their phở is my favourite in the city.

Pretty basic, decent Vietnamese at a fair price. Good service. The bubble teas are well done here.
