Terrible customer service and disgusting food! My big brother returned his fries because they were super salty and asked for a fresh batch with no salt. I agree because my batch of large fries were SUPER salty as well but i didn’t bother returning mine because i didn’t care. My brother ended up getting a fresh batch but apparently my brother said that the employee was giving him attitude. And then my little sister got the Mighty Angus burger and part of the burger patty was uncooked!!! My little sister ate around the uncooked burger and never told us about it until I noticed it. I took a picture of it and then my big brother brought the burger to the cashier to notify them. My brother told us that the employee tried to justify that it’s not uncooked. Then my brother opened up the burger to show the employee the uncooked patty and the employee just became silent. My brother left after that. I saw the burger myself with my eyes and it’s clearly uncooked. I could see pink! We didn’t get money back or anything for the burger. Terrible customer service. If only I could rate this place with ZERO star.

Well as the reviews show this place is below average service. I just visited this place and ordered breakfast for my family to go. I asked drive through guy 3 times if he had everything. Yes sir. I arrive across parking lot at four points Sheraton. Up to 7 th floor and unpack two toddlers. I set them up for breakfast and realize they have forgotten my breakfast. I phone the restaurant and notify them of their error. I ask if wouldn’t be to much trouble to walk across and call me from reception. Nope that isn’t possible. I must return. Well packing up two toddlers in winter gear isn’t going to happen. So I pay for breakfast but don’t receive it. I work in customer service and you get your patrons what they pay for. You do what’s necessary to deliver on a transaction. When you mess up you make it right. Obviously this place isn’t figured that out.

Slow service. A filthy location despite being so tiny. Somehow they manage to screw up orders without any special requests. They’ll just forget things, or give you the wrong thing. Avoid.

Sad to say, yes I have been here twice. True as on previous reviews their customer Service leaves something to be desired. But, it is McDonald’s. I have been to some McDonald’s though where they are really good, and happy to help you. Not at this one though. I have watched them both times I was there and they talk about the customers, not good. I could hear them so I am sure others can. Nothing is clearly marked on the menu. Just all the meals that they are pushing on you the entire time. They want to put Mayo on everything. You have to spell it out for them that you do not want mayo. When I ask for nothing on it, I really meant nothing. That is why I stated, no mayo, no Onion, no nothing. So apparently Mayo is a standard on everything at least this McDonald’s. I know I should not of gone there in the first place. Step away from the poison. There is a drive thru as well, The dining area is not too clean looking either, which actually unusual for Micky D’s. It is normally very clean in other joints.

I am giving this a 3⁄5 for«being fast food» however I am giving this location 4⁄5 for service. I regularly go to this location for my mid-morning coffee for a work break(and occassionally for lunch as well when I have«the cravings»). The people in the drive through are ALWAYS über friendly and smily — which is cheerful to see. They have never given me the wrong order or messed up my order which has happened before at other locations. Another bonus is the free newspaper they always offer with my $ 1.79 coffee(how do they make money??). One downside is that they share a lot with a Tims location so the parking lot and merging drive thru’s are a gong show at certain periods of the day making it brutal to get in and out.
