Not worth it. Waited over a week for my lenses that were to be done in «2−3 days max». Most sales Staff is not very pleasant to deal with… And id hate to say but it I have to mention it… personal hygiene needs to be addressed.

Walking in, it looks like someone threw up 1000 pairs of glasses and there’s photos of Mr Hakimi and his yacht all over the place which I found odd.
Despite the first impression, I had a pleasant experience and would return. Prices are great and they direct bill. Staff was friendly and helpful. Optometrist was professional and knowledgeable.

This was my first time going to an optician. I had my eyes examined and my glasses ordered in about 45 min,
I had them put in a frame that I purchased else where (the selection in the store was awesome). I ended up purchasing a pair of sunglasses as well.
The customer service was great and the glasses came in on time and work really well.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Alright, you’ve probably all seen this place when you’re driving down MacLeod heading to Chinook Mall, but have you ever gone in?
Me neither. That is, until I decided it was finally time for a new pair of glasses. I’ve been to the regular places, LensCrafters, Sunglass Hut, etc., but decided it was time for something different.
I was supremely shocked by the selection in Hakim, and the prices as well. Glasses that were selling at other places for $ 300 were only $ 250 here. What I’m getting at is that they have great prices! And the selection is huge. I was able to find a pair that suited my tiny face perfectly, and I didn’t even need to go to the kids’ section.
One of the specialists there was quick to help me, and barely left my side until I found the perfect pair. Normally I wouldn’t want them tagging along with me the whole time, but this particular one was actually really helpful, constantly picking out pairs that I actually liked.
Next time I need a new pair of glasses, which hopefully won’t be soon, I might just stop by Hakim before I head to the other, more main stream places!
