Dormir Bed & Foam

Absolutely the best! I went into the store looking for a foam mattress. I had no idea about them or the differences between the different foams. After spending some time with me to educate me on their product, I ordered my custom foam piece. I was happy and excited to get my new mattress!
When I got to the home where the old futon was,(Red Deer), to my dismay I had given the wrong dimensions for the mattress! I was angry at myself cause I knew that as with anything ordered custom, once it is ordered, it’s yours. I was going to be stuck with a mattress that was the wrong size!
I decided to call the store and talk to them about my situation to see if maybe there was anything they could do or suggest to me that may help me. After I explained what happened, I was shocked at what I was told at the other end… «No problem! We can send it back and add foam to the mattress to make it the right size»
Are you kidding me! Did that just happen? You bet it did!
I get a call days later and told my new matteress was ready. I went to pick it up and was charged and very small ammount to fix MY mistake! Got the mattess home and it is the best money I have ever spent. It is comfortable and I am back to a full nights rest and waking up refreshed.
I don’t know if I am more happy with the product or the outstanding customer service!!!
