Crowfoot Brake & Muffler

CARS (Crowfoot Brake & Muffler, Calgary) failed us. We brought a car in for an oil change and maintenance check and asked for a test drive to be done because of a potential problem. We were told the car would be done by 5 pm. We asked about the test drive which had not been done yet. Near closing we received a call from BOB stating there is a transmission problem and if we "could leave the car until the morning" that "it would be looked at first thing" and "would take about an hour to assess". The next day, 2 hours later, we phoned and BOB yelled at us and said he had "6 people ahead" of us, "if you don't like it, come get your vehicle!". We have been long-term customers of CARS (even before BOB started working for CARS). We have had issues with BOB in the past (he said the car was being worked on when it remained in the parking lot, claimed the clutch was looked at and adjusted and 2 weeks later the car breaks down and needs a tow for a clutch repair, said a rear light was replaced but we ended up doing it ...). This was the last straw. We went to pick up the vehicle only to discover that not even the oil change and maintenance check were done from the day before. It was shocking that he again yelled at us with full volume, this time in front of 2 waiting customers. BOB is melting down and is causing CARS to lose business. Along with us goes 6 vehicles. Sorry Daryl but it is time for us to move on. Maybe time for BOB to retire, he is not handling stress well at all. The last thing he said to us was "good luck trying to find someone else!" BOB has become a liability for your company. Very disappointing.
