Here are my chiro and massage reviews.
I went in today in a lot of pain in my back I have been working on this last week from an injury. It was really nice to have a chiropractor named Michael that listened and was very patient with my body. He took the time and explained the process of his work. He made sure I understood a few options I should do at home and all around the experience was very positive and pleasant. I feel a lot better physically now 5 hours later. The pain went from an 8 to a 3.
Also Nolan Griffin has been my massage therapist for almost 4 years know. I wouldn’t even be in the same business if it wasn’t for his therapy and treatments. From the very first massage to the one I just had a few days ago, the quality of his deep tissues are profoundly affecting my life and my body in a positive way. I have never had any other person provide the same amount of service my body needs. His patience, quality and knowledge of his skills I highly recommend. It seems this business is doing something very right since they have 2 profoundly great service providers for the body! Thanks guys. Back to life !!!

Best massage EVER! I’ve been bouncing around different massage places in town because I haven’t found a good fit yet. Danielle was amazing, she listened really carefully to my concerns and worked on exactly those spots I need. My heel/​calf have been tight frequently for over a year and no matter what stretches I do it would get better but worse again soon. Since last night, my leg/​foot haven’t hurt one bit, not sure or tender from the massage either, and I haven’t felt this much in control of my balance in a LONG time! Would recommend it to anybody.

Dr. Hayer was nothing short of incredible! She greeted me with the warmest smile and was just a genuinely good soul all around. My back feels brand new and I’m looking forward to a follow up treatment with her! Very authentic and gets the job done. They also do direct billing with most insurance coverage providers which is super handy.

Dr. Brar-​Hayer totally saved my back yesterday. I was so tired of having back pain from sitting at the computer while working from home, and massages only helped for a few days.
So I made an appointment and went in to see her the same day. An initial exam is $ 75.
She is amazing. Very easy to talk to, really knowledgable and a great help. She hooked me up to this electrical pulse machine that worked out my stiff and seized muscles in my back and put a heating pad on me for 15 minutes. Then when she came back she cracked both side of my rib cage and put my upper ribs back into place.
My back was all kinds of messed up and after I could stand up straight and even slouching had no strain on my lower back. It was really a huge difference. I’m going back tomorrow to have her work on my upper back and shoulder. 2 car accidents have left me in a bit of pain whenever i sit for too long or sleep funny.
I would recommend her to anyone, seriously it’s worth going and I’ll keep coming back.

I felt the need to re-​review this place and it’s still as good as when I started. I am thankfully done my chiro sessions, but for maintenance I have kept up going to Shannon for massages every 3 to 4 weeks.
I’ve been training for my first race, and thanks to her I feel my running has improved, my flexibility is greater and most of all, I’m not longer in pain.
I’m fortunate that my benefits fully cover the cost of massage, but I still think $ 80 is pretty average for an hour massage.
It has taken me years to find a massage therapist that I was happy with and I hope to stay with Shannon for a long time.

Didn’t even know this little joint existed until a coworked recommended them. I had a deep tissue massage from Nolan and let me tell you, it was totally the best massage of my life!
The studio was clean and profession; reasonably priced, and had great hours! What more could you ask for.
Turns out Nolan was even better than expected. I felt like a new women after this one. If you’re looking for someone who takes their job very seriously and professionally, make sure to call Nolan at this studio.

Oooh … so, I went to see Dr. Ryan Hoover, one of the two chiropractors at Back and Body Health.
I’m normally skeptical of chiros because all they want to do is crack you and keep you coming back three times a week.
Ryan, however, hooked me up to ultrasound, sent a bunch of electrical shocks into my back, used some Active Release Techniques and gave me advice on what things to do at home (sleeping positions, stretches, exercises).
As I continue to see him (once a week until we can get my hips back in normal place), he’ll give me more ‘homework’ and help me get my core stabilizer muscles stronger so that my back will be better supported.
Funny thing, as we talked, more things started to make sense … like why I’m more explosive through my left leg when I’m doing stationary lunges.
I’m a little tender today but I’m hoping to see some improvement as I do my homework.
