Location is all this place has going for them.
The beer and wine selection sucks unless You want your standard Canadian or Jackson triggs. Prices are higher then most stores as well.
Unfortunately I go here often due to the location but I’m annoyed every time I do.

The Management here suck if they throw all the problem customers out. I was booted for sticking up for a friend. They can do this but Ill never go there again. Theres another BC Government store on Willingdon and Kingsway, so Ill go there from now on.

I always give an extra star when they carry spirits, which means more than just wine ;) That’s one of the many distinguishing features but I’ll digress…
Good selection, and anytime I can give the government less of my taxes, I’m there lol.

I came here before Christmas to get some drinks for my friends holiday party. I don’t know anything about alcohol, however, found a person working here who was extremely helpful which was appreciated.

Open 365 days a year, and craft beer heaven! Staff here are great as well. The staff who is generally helping out in the craft beer section will order things for you etc. plenty of selection and open late. :) big fan!

Great little liquor store! The people are amazing, they go out of their way to be helpful, and friendly. They really know their stuff. Prices are excellent. The store is clean and bright, and they quickly open a new cashier if there is any kind of a line up.

Euh, I’m having a hard time with this store. Poor selection (unless you’re into run-​of-​the-​mill Budweiser, Kokanee, Jackson Triggs, Yellowtail, et al), waaaaay overpriced, and bearing the smell of a recycling depot, it’s not a place I’d go if not in a pinch.
The staff are friendly enough, but don’t expect that they’ll know much about their product other than if they carry it or not.
No craft beers, no fine wines. Just the basics, at obscene prices.
