Had a bit of a mess in my hands going there. Had old contacts prescription from Montréal, had new prescription from a Vancouver doctor that forgot some crucial information on it. Had to have old prescription faxed… Long story short, they took care of everything and got me my contacts for a good price. They did it with a smile and contacting me to update me the whole time. I got to try a pair to see if it fits and thought I’d have to keep them on until I get my order after the holidays but to my surprise, I got the new pairs before.
The service is very friendly and nice and I’m definitely going back for my next orders.
