Misleading Optometrist big sign saying eye exams available but go inside and ask for one at 5:00pm open till 9:00 and they say all booked up make an apointment for another day. I said no thanks but would you please take in the misleading sign. No Answer. It was like I was asking for something unreasonable. I had booked an apointment online waited an hour no confirmation they said the system is new and does not work well.
The sales staff at this store are much better than those at metrotown. Big sales have almost everything good excluded. I have spent alot of money here in the past. Never again.
This OPtometrist is a time waster if you are in a hurry. At least 2 better optometrists in Lougheed mall.

After receiving a prescription for my first pair of eyeglasses I was very excited to select a pair of frames to start using my corrective lenses ASAP!
After spending a good amount of time in the store I was delighted to not only find the perfect Dolce & Gabbana frames, but a leopard print pair to boot! These lovely frameless ones did not have their typical one hour as a special drill is used for the «frameless lenses» so they told me if out be 5 business days and I was on my way, just counting down the days to enjoy my sparkly new vision.
After 5 days no call… a little disappointed so I waited another couple and finally called, after holding a few I was informed they were in. I hussled to the store to pick them up and after some trouble locating them i was informed they did not advise me of their arrival three days prior as someone had put them in the wrong bin. A little disappointed, I got my frames they gave me some basic instructions on getting used to my lenses and I was on my way.
All in all it was a good experience the staff was very nice to deal with, but minus points for disorganization and not helping me actually adjust my specs which I never have gotten to sit properly. C’est la vie, I love my glasses all the same.
