Van-Burn Collision Repairs

My car got into a hit and run and as such, I started looking up the best auto-​body shop out there. Van Burn Collision was one of them. I decided to go in and right away, I was greeted in such a warm manner by (I believed his name was Chris– been there for over 20 years). He assessed the vehicle and told me how long it will take and got me a courtesy vehicle. There were a couple existing visible deep scratches on the car that I mentioned and if he could buff out and without hesitation he said no problem. They would do it for free! He didn’t have to do that, but he was very caring. On the day that I picked up my vehicle, my car looked like it rolled out of the dealer parking lot. They got those scratches almost completely off but it was 100% better than what it looked like initially. They also washed down the vehicle and vacuum the interior. They give you a lifetime guarantee on the repairs of the vehicle. Van Burn Collision works with a couple of reputable dealerships and deal with all vehicle makes and models. I’m ashamed it took me so long to write this review considering that it happened last year.
Anyway I went back to Chris at Van-​Burn for a repair. Amazingly, Chris still remembered me 2 years later when I came in with my broken car and broken heart (my baby, my first car).
This time it was my fault. I had grazed the right side of my car and it was nasty. I also had a long, deep scratch spanning two doors (from a vandal). It was a no-​brainer that I chose Van-​Burn to fix it. Chris gave me the best quote for the repairs, and also gave me a courtesy car to use at no charge. When I came to collect my car, it looked like brand new. I just wanted to touch up the scratch (was already costing a bomb, since this was all out-​of-​pocket) and it looked fabulous!
All in all, the whole process was painless, quick and professional (the only pain felt was my empty pockets). Chris is a super nice guy to deal with, and made a horrible situation so much more bearable.

Top notch service! Had a minor hick up on the road and after being referred to Van Burn by my Ford dealer, they showed me why they are one of the best around!
